Position Overview

The Concrete Finishing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete projects, ensuring that all tasks are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment
  • Site Conditions: Outdoor settings, often noisy and dusty
  • Work Setting: Primarily in construction zones
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain production reports
  • Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 workers
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions as necessary
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members
Work Conditions
