Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Concrete Finishing Specialist to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. This position involves working in various outdoor environments and requires a strong commitment to quality and precision.

Employment Details

  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in concrete finishing
Work Environment
  • Exposure to dusty and noisy conditions
  • Outdoor work in wet or damp settings
Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect formwork, granular base, and steel reinforcement materials
  • Oversee the placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces, ensuring adherence to grade specifications
  • Fill hollows and eliminate imperfections on freshly poured concrete
  • Utilize power vibrators for concrete compaction
  • Level the top surface of concrete according to specifications
  • Apply desired finishes to concrete surfaces using both hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures
  • Apply hardening and sealing agents to cure surfaces
  • Waterproof and restore surfaces as needed
  • Repair and resurface worn or damaged concrete structures
