About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to lead and manage our concrete finishing teams at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. As a Concrete Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our concrete finishing department, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of concrete finishers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of concrete finishing projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all concrete finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that all team members are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, project managers, and clients to ensure that all projects are completed to the satisfaction of all parties.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the concrete finishing industry
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
Work Environment

This is an on-the-road job, and you will be required to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. You will also be required to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
