We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Finishing Supervisor to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of concrete finishing projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete tasks efficiently.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all concrete finishing work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Resource Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project completion.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that workers are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work under pressure.
This is an on-the-road job that requires frequent travel to various work sites. You will be working outdoors in a noisy and dusty environment.
