- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs, materials, and labor requirements, planning and scheduling projects to meet deadlines.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in concrete finishing or a related field.
- Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, and dusty conditions.
- Work Setting: Construction site.
