This is a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.", "h2": "Key Responsibilities", "ul": [{"li": "Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials to ensure they meet our quality standards"}, {"li": "Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade and depth specification"}, {"li": "Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish"}, {"li": "Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is properly set"}, {"li": "Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to ensure it is even and smooth"}, {"li": "Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools to achieve a high-quality finish"}, {"li": "Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures to ensure the structure is secure and stable"}, {"li": "Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and protect them from the elements"}, {"li": "Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces to ensure they are safe and durable"}, {"li": "Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain their integrity"}], "h2": "Work Environment", "p": "As a Concrete Finisher, you will be working outdoors in a variety of locations, including construction sites and industrial facilities.
