About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc. as a permanent employee.

Tasks
  • Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials: Ensure that all materials are properly prepared and in place.
  • Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade: Use your expertise to place concrete in the correct location and to the correct specifications.
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement: Use your skills to ensure a smooth and even finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete: Use power tools to compact the concrete and ensure it is properly set.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification: Use your expertise to ensure the concrete is properly leveled and meets the required specifications.
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools: Use your skills to give the concrete the desired finish.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures: Use your expertise to install the necessary fixtures.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces: Use your skills to apply the necessary components to cure the surfaces.
  • Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces: Use your expertise to ensure the surfaces are properly waterproofed and restored.
  • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures: Use your skills to repair and replace damaged sections of concrete structures.
