Position Overview

As a Concrete Finishing Supervisor at Yes Concrete Cutting and Coring Inc., you will oversee various concrete finishing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in all operations.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the construction industry
Work Environment
  • Location: Primarily outdoors
  • Conditions: Noisy and dusty environments
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain production reports
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects
  • Schedule tasks and manage workflow effectively
  • Recruit, hire, and train new employees
  • Estimate project costs and necessary materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Recommend personnel actions based on performance
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Provide leadership and instruction to team members
Supervision

Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
