Nijjar Immigration Services Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with administrative tasks, manage office operations, and provide exceptional customer service.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and databases
- Preparing and editing reports, documents, and correspondence
- Providing support to senior management and other staff members
- Maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Assisting with special projects and events as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
