About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Green Truck Driving School. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

About You: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to have basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing meeting minutes, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Client Support: Ensure that all client queries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Procedures and Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of administrative procedures and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
