Job Description:

At Maurya Contractor Inc., we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Evaluate and review existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Establish clear work priorities and ensure procedures are followed to meet deadlines
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation
  • Administer policies and procedures related to records management and access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education an asset
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Criminal record check required
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:
  • 35 hours per week; permanent position
  • English language required
