Administrative Coordinator for Office Operations

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at FIVE RIVERS FOODS INC. as an Office Administrator.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. They will also assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet company standards.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing reports.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a smooth operation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and office operations.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work on site, with no option to work remotely.
- Able to work in an office setting, with occasional travel required.
- Supervise 3-4 people.
