About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at HD FINGERPRINT COMPANY INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities and ensuring seamless workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including coordination of meetings, preparation of meeting minutes, and maintenance of records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and clients.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, adjusting to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative or operations role.
- Work Environment: On-site work only.
What We Offer:
HD FINGERPRINT COMPANY INC. offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
