Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Creative Touch by S&I Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and control budgets, record minutes of meetings, and establish office procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Manage contracts
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Provide customer service
  • Evaluate work environments, programs, and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Requirements
