Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and monitoring customers, planning and coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent Baulne to customers, suppliers, and employees
  • Develop and maintain lasting and profitable business relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Promote Baulne's service offering
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Provide exceptional service to clients through regular visits, annual reviews, and promoting the range of services
  • Negotiate, develop, and conclude new contracts
  • Provide after-sales service

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales representative role
  • Experience in HVAC-HVAC sales (asset)
  • Sales and negotiation skills
  • Skills in interpersonal relationships and communications
  • Customer-oriented
  • Sense of planning and organization
  • Bilingual French/English
