Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and monitoring customers, planning and coordinating sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Baulne to customers, suppliers, and employees
- Develop and maintain lasting and profitable business relationships with existing and potential customers
- Promote Baulne's service offering
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide exceptional service to clients through regular visits, annual reviews, and promoting the range of services
- Negotiate, develop, and conclude new contracts
- Provide after-sales service
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales representative role
- Experience in HVAC-HVAC sales (asset)
- Sales and negotiation skills
- Skills in interpersonal relationships and communications
- Customer-oriented
- Sense of planning and organization
- Bilingual French/English
