Sales and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our team at Vention. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities and driving business growth.
- You will work closely with our existing users to understand their needs and challenges, and effectively map them to our offerings.
- You will source new revenue opportunities by educating inbound leads and existing users about our products and services.
- You will inform new inbound leads about our history within existing key accounts and drive user attendance at marketing events.
- Sourcing new revenue opportunities through lead generation and qualification
- Driving business growth through effective sales and business development strategies
- Building strong relationships with existing users and key accounts
- Collaborating with senior sales experts to implement strategy and process
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial or technical sales
- Technical background with a preferred degree in engineering or related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
