Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Millennium Printing Inc. This is a full-time position that involves coordinating various administrative tasks, managing office supplies, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as arranging travel and making reservations;
  • Managing office supplies, maintaining inventory, and ordering new materials as needed;
  • Providing excellent customer service by answering phone calls, responding to emails, and resolving issues promptly;
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and ensuring data confidentiality;
  • Collaborating with the HR department to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and achieve company goals;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • Less than 7 months of experience in an administrative or related field;
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines;
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality;

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
