Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective office procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Assist with training new employees and providing ongoing support to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum based on experience.
