We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Aujla Law Office Prof. Corporation. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $45,000 per year.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and priorities, and maintain attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, reliable, and able to multitask effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1-6 months of experience in a similar role
