About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at A Class Collision Ltd. This permanent position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required by management.
  • Minute Taking and Reporting: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Office Procedure Development: Determine and establish office procedures and routines that promote efficiency and productivity.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments for staff members and visitors.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members and visitors, while also answering electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Data Compilation and Statistics: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required by management.
  • Office Supplies and Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth-running operation.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Information Filing Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a college diploma, CEGEP, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years. Additionally, you will need 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently will serve you well in this position.
