We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at A Class Collision Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are in place
  • Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents as required
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other productivity software
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
