Office Operations Coordinator

The Aujla Law Office Prof. Corporation is seeking an experienced and organized Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area.
About the RoleThis role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
You will be responsible for implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Additionally, you will train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, plan and control budgets, and supervise a team of 5-10 people.
This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week with excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.
We require someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to multitask with ease.
