We are seeking a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at CAN CONTRACTORS INC.

About the Role

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative procedures, budget management, and report preparation.

As an Office Operations Coordinator, you will work closely with the management team to ensure that all office operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and plan office services: Accommodation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Manage office budgets: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare reports and manuals: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Support employees: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, Indigenous workers, and members of visible minorities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office coordinator position
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with budget management and report preparation
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
