About This Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

You will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement New Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve office efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and Evaluate Existing Procedures: Regularly assess and refine existing administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of the organization.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and disposal of office equipment, supplies, and other essential items.
  • Train Staff: Provide training and support to colleagues to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Oversee Administrative Procedures: Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that deadlines are met.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent as a minimum educational requirement.
  • 1-7 Months of Experience: You should have at least 1 month but less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to Work Independently: You should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: You must have strong attention to detail and be able to multitask effectively.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You should be comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
