We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Comfort Inn & Suites. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collecting and screening applicants, and advising job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.

Key responsibilities include reviewing candidate inventories, contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews, recruiting graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions, and notifying applicants of results of the selection process and preparing job offers.

In addition, the Human Resources Officer will advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.

Requirements:
