Noyen Construction has been a family business in the Fort Saskatchewan area since 1964. With over 60 years of civil and heavy industrial construction, Noyen is looking for an Human Generalist to join our team.

Noyen Construction is constantly expanding and we have got to a size where an HR person is necessary to help facilitate our growth. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic person to join our team and play a key role in that growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working in various HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Employee Recruitment**: Assist with hiring new employees, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- **Social Media & Website**: Collaborate on maintaining our online presence, managing the careers section of the website, and posting updates across social media platforms.
- **Employee Morale**: Support initiatives to maintain a positive company culture and keep employees engaged with regular updates and team-building activities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare monthly HR reports, including data on recruitment efforts, employee retention, and other key metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in HR or a related field.
- Knowledge in construction is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and website management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $72,000.00-$82,000.00 per year
