MEGlobal Canada ULC is hiring a Human Resources Generalist to work at our Fort Saskatchewan site.

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. This role will be involved in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, and providing guidance to both employees and leaders on HR-related issues. The HR Generalist works to foster a positive organizational culture, promote employee engagement, and ensure smooth HR operations in alignment with company goals and legal requirements.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Fort Saskatchewan site
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment regulations and industry standards
- Develop, review, and recommend changes to HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational goals
- Participate in various annual compensation surveys
- Conduct investigations into employee concerns as required
- Advise, guide and support leaders with employee relations matters, including performance management and the corrective action process
- Conduct exit interviews and share feedback on trends with relevant parties
- Participate in management of leaves, including short-term disability, maternity, etc.
- Other duties as required

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR
- CPHR designation or working towards designation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment an asset
- Capable of communicating and supporting employees at all levels of the organization

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
