Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of one of our key client accounts. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing a team of brand ambassadors and overseeing our outreach efforts to generate signups for our client's platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in lead generation and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a single key client account, ensuring all campaign deliverables are met or exceeded.
  • Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 brand ambassadors to generate high-quality leads.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team meets performance goals.
  • Leverage brand ambassadors and existing outreach strategies to identify prospective users.
  • Analyze performance data to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, ideally in a marketing or growth-focused environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary above market compensation for an Account Executive in a marketing agency role ($85,000 - $110,000 per year) and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage.
