We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Calories Hut Inc. in this exciting opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The selected candidate will work 30 hours per week and have the opportunity to grow professionally within our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff as needed;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Carry out administrative activities, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating office services;
  • Administer policies and procedures related to access to information and privacy legislation;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 month of experience in an administrative role;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
