Executive Assistant Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $$65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our executive team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes;
  • Managing business travel arrangements and ensuring efficient time management;
  • Updating and maintaining electronic and physical departmental files;
  • Preparing orientation and onboarding itineraries for new hires;
  • Performing general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience supporting administrative needs of executives;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
