Senior Living Community Relations Specialist

As a Senior Living Community Relations Specialist at Verve Senior Living, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of providing exceptional care and services to our residents. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our community.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve occupancy targets
Participate in the Verve Quality Improvement (VQI) program and contribute to the development of new and existing potential resident contacts
Facilitate smooth transitions for new residents, including preparing and processing Tenancy Agreements, reviewing CHIP, and coordinating move-ins and room preparation
Coordinate internal and external public relations activities, including community events and marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate sales records and prepare marketing and sales reports for submission to the general manager
Requirements:
Minimum grade 12 with post-secondary education in business administration or a related field
Minimum five years of business experience, preferably in retirement, hospitality, healthcare, or consumer sales sectors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Valid Ontario driver's license and willingness to drive own vehicle
Proficiency with computers and ability to use Sherpa
