Senior Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at YashCan Incorporated. This is a permanent full-time position working 35-40 hours per week.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities- Review and Evaluate Procedures: Assess new administrative procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
- Delegate Work Effectively: Assign tasks to office support staff and ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently.
- Establish Priorities and Ensure Compliance: Set clear priorities and ensure that all administrative procedures are followed, deadlines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate Office Services: Oversee the coordination of office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Prepare Reports and Budgets: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversight and Coordination: Oversee and coordinate all office administrative procedures, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and compliant with established policies and procedures.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where multiple tasks need to be completed simultaneously.
- Work Under Pressure: Manage competing priorities and tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- Organized: Maintain a high level of organization and time management skills, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to reliability, accountability, and responsibility in all aspects of the job.
- Work Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
