Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Long-Term Care Home Administrator to join our team at Mon Sheong. This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong background in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation and management of our long-term care home, ensuring that we provide high-quality care and services to our residents. The role involves implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the long-term care home, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, including managing staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of services.
Requirements
  • MBA or Master's degree in Health Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on long-term care.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving change initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Salary

The salary range for this position is between $120,000 and $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
