The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative services and be able to coordinate various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

As an Administrative Services Supervisor with Ontario Ltd., you will play a key role in implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out efficiently.

You will be responsible for co-ordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

An important aspect of this role is assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. You will also perform data entry, train staff, oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and plan and control budget and expenditures.
