Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Department Support Associate to join our team at Huawei Technologies Canada Co., Ltd.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior management and employees, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide direct administrative support to directors and managers of the department, as directed.
- Travel Arrangements: Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations for senior management and employees.
- Event Coordination: Coordinate logistics of team programs, including meetings, seminars, workshops, special projects, and events.
- Minute Taking: Take minutes during meetings and track meeting resolutions.
- Document Management: Maintain basic system and document management for procurement projects.
- Expense Reports: Complete expense reports, pay invoices, and perform other related duties.
- Customer Service: Present a positive and professional image of the office to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and other persons.
- Personal Assistant Duties: Perform some personal assistant duties as required, such as lunches and errands.
- Post-Secondary Education: A post-secondary diploma in Business Administration or a relevant discipline is required.
- Office Skills: Strong knowledge of office procedures and practices is essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are necessary for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, including time management and multitasking, are required.
- Team Player: Desire to contribute to a team environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Fast learner with keen attention to details and ability to maintain accuracy in work.
