Responsibilities- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
- Schedule appointments and confirm meeting times.
- Answer phone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic inquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting purposes.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, including financial and operational analyses.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and book accommodations as needed.
- Greet visitors, direct them to relevant contacts or service areas, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Windows, and Word.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
