BSC Global Inc. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office. Key responsibilities include reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met, and carrying out administrative activities of the establishment. Additionally, you will co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services, and assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
