About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Montana's. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.

Customer Service

Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements
  • Education

Certificate or diploma from a culinary program or equivalent experience.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.

Language

Fluency in English is required.
