Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development

Develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Leadership

Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Food Cost Control

Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are achieving the best possible margins while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Assurance

Ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all menu items are prepared to the highest standards and that customers are satisfied with their dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
