Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that dishes are consistently prepared to perfection.

Supply Chain Management

Estimate and manage the costs of supplies and food items, maintaining accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.

Team Leadership

Lead and direct the food preparation and cooking activities of our culinary team, providing guidance and training to ensure that all team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food meets the highest standards of quality, presentation, and taste, adhering to our company's quality control procedures.

Customer Service

Prepare and cook meals and specialty foods for events, banquets, and special functions, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience.

Inventory Management

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, arranging for equipment purchases and repairs as needed.

Operational Efficiency

Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen operations, ensuring that our culinary team is working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Hours

30 hours per week.
