Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Hyderabad Cafe. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment that meets all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Food Safety Certificate.
