We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Casa Americo Italian Bistro & Restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian-American cuisine, ensuring that dishes are creative, delicious, and visually appealing.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers, to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of the kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
