About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Chef Mayo Grill Inc. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our menu offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Development

Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Food Cost Control

Manage food costs and inventory levels to ensure that we are operating within budget and maintaining high levels of profitability.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our business.

Quality Control

Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of quality and presentation, and that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies and ingredients to meet our menu requirements.

Equipment Maintenance

Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

English
