We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Hyderabad Cafe. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our kitchen staff, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory and records. Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.

Inventory Management

Order and manage our inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have everything we need to operate at peak levels.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste our food to ensure that it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or certificate in culinary arts or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a head cook or executive chef in a similar restaurant environment.

Certifications

A Food Safety Certificate is an asset.

Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
