**About the Role:**
Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at CPG Connect. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in Eastern Canada.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sales Strategy:
- • Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales targets.
- • Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Customer Engagement:
- • Conduct regular visits to understand customer needs and preferences.
- • Provide product training and support to ensure customers have up-to-date product knowledge.
**Requirements:**
- Education and/or Experience:
- • Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited college or university.
- • 3-5+ years of related sales experience.
**Desirable Skills:**
- Technical Proficiency:
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
The estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
