Sales Development Manager

Fumoir Grizzly Inc is a dynamic and forward-thinking company dedicated to excellence in the food industry. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Development Manager to join our team in the Ontario region, covering Montreal and surrounding areas.
Job DescriptionThis role involves developing new business opportunities with existing customers, as well as maintaining a competitive watch on market trends and regulations. You will participate in promotional events and engage with business communities to ensure the company's representation and visibility. Additionally, you will visit various grocery store banners for brand development, organize tastings at points of sale, and maintain a presence in the designated regions.
You will also plan and document follow-up meetings with customers using our CRM tool, ensure marketing execution, lead training and coaching sessions for brokers, manage renewals and rebates for HRI customers and distributors, and manage and follow up on complaints.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Diploma of Professional Studies (DEP) or equivalent training
- Valid driver's license and a car (travel expenses reimbursed)
- Permanent, full-time day job
- Telecommuting
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 CAD, depending on experience. This figure reflects the cost of living in the Ontario region and the responsibilities associated with the role.
