Ravago Americas is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to establish, maintain, and grow strong customer relationships in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Travel within assigned territory to service and visit with customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to management, including activity reports, sales forecasts, and CRM data analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute regional sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial or commodity sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with minimal training and oversight.
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
