We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Sales Operations, Network Development, Aftersales, and Marketing activities in the Canada region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional go-to-market strategies aligned with the Americas plan.
- Establish partnerships and collaborations that support Ineos Automotive’s brand values.
- Cultivate a robust network for Sales and Aftersales operations in the region.
- Analyze market data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Ensure consistent standards for sales and after-sales excellence.
- Collaborate with marketing agencies to tailor global strategies for the region.
- Manage INEOS-owned Event Hubs and engage with VIPs, journalists, and off-road clubs.
- Foster relationships with potential Fleet customers and prepare RFI/RFP documents.
About You:
- Proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, ideally in the automotive or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian automotive market, including dealer networks and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a scale-up organization with a positive, flexible attitude.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflecting your experience and qualifications. Enjoy a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
