Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead client management efforts for Fintel Check, our AI-driven marketing compliance tool. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing high-value accounts, and ensuring successful delivery of services that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for escalations, oversee onboarding processes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, client satisfaction, and optimal compliance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure successful integration of Fintel Check
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of success in account management, client management, business development, and/or sales roles within the financial services or technology industry
  • Minimum of 3+ years of leadership experience in managing teams, with a strong ability to mentor and develop talent
