Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Professional to join our team at LaunchPath. This role will involve providing administrative support to our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our team members, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and coordination of projects, including setting priorities, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
